Employment Screening Assistant
You will support the team in delivering employment screening checks for clients, ensuring information is accurate, processed efficiently and handled in line with client requirements and data protection standards. Your work will play an important role in helping organisations make safe and informed hiring decisions.
Key Responsilbilties
- Communicating professionally with candidates and clients via phone and email
- Contacting UK and international employers to obtain employment references
- Reviewing employment documentation and supporting background screening checks
- Conducting employment and gap analysis
- Identifying missing information and requesting clarification
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
- Processing checks in line with client requirements and deadlines
- Handling confidential information responsibly
- Supporting general administration and team activities

About You
- Current undergraduate seeking a 12-month placement as part of your degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using computers (Microsoft Word and Excel helpful
- Professional, reliable and trustworthy when handling confidential information
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
