Established in 1991, Student Employment Services (SES) was created to support employers hosting placement students as part of undergraduate sandwich course programmes. At a time when many organisations faced headcount and payroll constraints, SES provided a compliant employment and payroll solution that enabled students to gain meaningful workplace experience.
From the outset, SES focused on being a reliable, responsive partner to employers, managing employment administration and payroll while allowing organisations to retain full control over their hiring decisions.
