On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Student to join their team. The placement offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business development within a fast-paced and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities and Duties Include:
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media (mainly LinkedIn), email, and digital advertising.
• Support the sales team by qualifying leads, organising Sales demos, and managing customer relationships.
• The Sales and Marketing Intern will create comprehensive sales documentation, including orders and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Help create and update sales and marketing material, including presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our marketing and sales processes.

Person Requirements
• Undergraduate looking for a years placement
• Studying Business, Sales and Marketing or similar courses or has an interest in this area
• Good in using Social Media mainly LinkedIn
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Good customer service with a polite and professional telephone manner
• You will be computer literate, a knowledge of Word and Excel will be an advantage
• Excellent organisational skills and good attention to detail
• Approachable, Hard Working, Credible, Flexible
• Honesty, integrity and discretion are an absolute must
• Team Player
• Should reside within the Luton/Harpenden/Hemel Hempstead area or willing relocate to Luton/Harpenden area
