Sales & Business Development Graduate

Job Description
At its core the role will be sales; meeting with customers and choosing materials, conducting site surveys, producing estimates for work and managing the installation projects. But being a small business there will be lots of other day to day tasks that will need to be undertaken such as managing a showroom, ensuring prices are up to date, dealing with customers, invoicing etc. So, you will not be working a “single track” job.

Being in the construction sector, some knowledge or previous exposure to construction work will be favourable, as a large part of the job will involve visits to building sites and clients homes in order to survey and assess what is required. Competency in taking measurements will also be important.

There will be a fairly long learning process to understand the ins and outs of the business. Most importantly someone who is interested in the long term investment as there is the opportunity for the right candidate to take a more senior role in the business in the future.

Person Requirements
• Open to graduates
• Knowledge or previous experience in construction work (advantageous)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent numerical skills
• Self-motivated
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Energetic, enthusiastic and hard-working
• Full clean driving licence
