We’re looking for a curious and detail-oriented intern to join our client’s marketing team to help support efforts in improving and expanding content across their product catalog and website. This is a perfect opportunity for someone from a materials science or similar background who has an interest in the Marketing area.

What You’ll Do
• Assist in creating, editing, and proofreading technical content for the website, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Conduct background research on scientific topics and industry trends.
• Help optimise content for SEO.
• Support outreach and engagement in technical online communities (e.g., LinkedIn, Reddit).
• Help manage content on CMS platform(s), ensuring it’s accurate and up to date.
• Assist in managing social media content related to events and marketing campaigns.
• Support the marketing team with event communications.

Person Requirements
Essential:
• Studying Materials Science or similar background with an interest in marketing.
• Excellent written English and attention to detail.
• Strong research skills and curiosity.
• Comfortable learning technical material and communicating it clearly.
• Interest in digital marketing, SEO, or content creation.

Desirable:
• Any writing samples – technical, blog, academic, or creative.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms or SEO tools (e.g. WordPress, SEMrush).
• Experience with social media for professional or academic use.
