City Administrative Coordinator

This placement will offer the student hands-on experience supporting the daily operations of Cosentino’s London City showroom, including client interactions and exposure to key industry stakeholders such as designers, architects, builders, contractors, and fabricators.

Tasks & Responsibilities
• Welcome and engage every customer and provide the best customer experience, with the goal of developing long term relationships for the city showroom and foster brand loyalty.
• Assist all walk-ins & customers with appointments that arrive at the showroom.
• Provide support face-to-face, over the phone and via email to better help customers understand the benefits of Cosentino brand.
• Support the sales team by preparing sample couriers for customers and end users, checking stock for materials when requested, and coordinate shortages of samples at the showroom.
• Filter the leads of the City Centre via phone call and only forward the ones with potential.
• Assist to organise and plan events in advance, coordinating content and making sure we have qualified attendees.
• Assist in execution of events: invitations, catering, logistics, publicity, mailing.
• Ensure daily entry of all customer visits in Self/Registry & Salesforce
• Ensure the showroom is always in perfect condition: this includes, but not limited to the cleanliness of all furniture, equipment, supplies and placing marketing materials.
• Manage and maintain the showroom: this includes ordering and stocking supplies needed, maintaining equipment, placing marketing materials, attending visitors daily and during events.

Person Requirements
• Currently an undergrad student studying a business-related course or architectural/interior design-related course
• Seeking a placement year
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Confident, Proactive and hands-on attitude
• Comfortable working in a professional, customer-facing environment
• An interest or passion for architectural/interior design (desirable)
• Previous sales experiences (advantage)
