Job Responsibilities
Increase Student Engagement:
* Build strong links with UK universities and accommodation centres
* Build strong ties with UK student societies
* Call, email and meet with potential university partners
* Take ownership of the university database
* Create links with student-community platforms
* Actively engage students through social media & blog
* Research student events (fairs, fresher’s week, career fairs, graduation)

Increase Corporate Engagement:
* Creatively engage with companies, graduate programs and HR departments
* Call, email and meet with potential corporate partners
* Actively engage with young professionals through social media & blogs

Organise Online & Offline Events:
* Find exciting venues for flatsharing events
* Plan and organise creative on-campus events
* Create and drive attractive contests
* Provide input and ideas for branded goodies
* Post-event follow up

Person Requirements
The Must-Haves:
* Completing BSc or Masters degree
* Passionate about sharing economy
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent writing and communication skills
* Keen and solutions oriented
* People-person with creative mindset
* Proficient in Microsoft office, Google Docs
* Fluency in English

The Nice-To-Haves:
* Experience living in a flatshare
* Knowledge of the UK real-estate market
* Knowledge of another European language
* Previous sales experience
