NPD Assistant<\/h1>\n

This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate who is looking to gain valuable experience in working in a fast paced business environment and has a keen interest in New Product Development.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Regular contact and communications with our German head office<\/li>\n
  • Using internal systems to oversee the NPD admin process<\/li>\n
  • Working closely with customers to ensure strict deadlines are adhered to prior to launch<\/li>\n
  • Requesting and ensuring customer samples are ordered and delivered on time<\/li>\n
  • Preparing customer presentations and attending meetings<\/li>\n
  • Using market research data to monitor market developments<\/li>\n
  • Plus any other business activities as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Person Requirements<\/h2>\n

      • Open to students looking for a placement year & recent graduates<\/li>\n
      • Studying \/ studied Food Science, Food Technology, or a related degree<\/li>\n
      • An interest in New Product Development and Commercial Management<\/li>\n
      • To be solution driven with the ability to make recommendations for improvement<\/li>\n
      • Excellent computer skills (Excel essential)<\/li>\n
      • Interpersonal and team working skills<\/li>\n
      • Self-motivation and good organisational skills<\/li>\n
      • Confident and can work on their own initiative<\/li>\n
      • A good sense of humour, a flexible and international approach and the desire to work in a fun but extremely challenging environment<\/li>\n
