\nHuman factors have been found to significantly contribute to pollution incidents across the organisation. Associated investigation and reporting have been put in place to better understand the context of this, effectively determining root cause and making suggestion for wider organisational learning and mitigation.<\/p>\n

The purpose of this role is to assist the investigation team in the promotion of a psychologically safe workplace, conducting interviews and investigations to sufficiently establish learning points around pollution incidents.[\/vc_column_text][mk_padding_divider size=”20″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1688563001228{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]Tasks & Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>
\n\u2022 Investigate specific events by interview and write up findings
\n\u2022 Assist the Investigations team in prioritising human factors investigations
\n\u2022 Establish interviews required in conjunction with Investigations Manager

\n\u2022 Undergraduates and recent graduates
\n\u2022 Pursuing studies\/Studied in: Psychology, Social Sciences or similar
\n\u2022 Good relationship and rapport building skills
\n\u2022 Able to maintain confidentiality and promote a psychologically safe working environment
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently across investigations and report-writing
