Based in Hertfordshire, they require a full time Account Specialist to join their team and learn all aspects of the screening department responsible for completing candidate screening files. This will be an excellent and very rewarding opportunity for an ambitious graduate to join a diverse and vibrant team with the scope for progression for those who work hard and show commitment to the company.<\/p>\n

Ideally looking for someone with office-based experience with excellent customer service and communication skills.<\/p>\n


\nTasks and Responsibilities:<\/span><\/u>
\n\u2022 Follow all department procedures
\n\u2022 Candidate\/Client Support via telephone and email
\n\u2022 Obtaining employment references via telephone from companies in the UK and Overseas.
\n\u2022 Ensure all employment screening tasks are executed daily
\n\u2022 Data analysis and research
\n\u2022 Handling and managing confidential documents and files
\n\u2022 Analysis and interrogation of data supplied by candidates
\n\u2022 Quality Control[\/vc_column_text][mk_padding_divider][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1686130433366{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]Person Requirements<\/span><\/strong>
\n\u2022 Graduate level
\n\u2022 Fluent in spoken and written English
\n\u2022 Good customer service with a polite and professional telephone manner
\n\u2022 You will be computer literate, a knowledge of Word and Excel will be an advantage
\n\u2022 The ability to deal with people of all levels in a confident and professional manner
\n\u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n\u2022 Excellent organisational skills and good attention to detail
\n\u2022 Approachable, Hard Working, Credible, Flexible
\n\u2022 Honesty, integrity and discretion are an absolute must.
\n\u2022 Goal orientated and influential
\n\u2022 Team Player
\n\u2022 Located in Watford\/Luton and other surrounding areas would be advantage for commuting.
