\nWe have an exciting opportunity with our client to join their sales team as a Sales & Marketing Executive.<\/p>\n

Tasks & Responsibilities<\/b>
\n\u2022 Promote, market and sell L\u00f6dige equipment and services in accordance with company procedures, standards, targets, margins and safety policies within a UK region specified.
\n\u2022 Organise CPD presentations to target clients, architects and consultants to promote our full range of products
\n\u2022 Get specified by key architects and consultants for L\u00f6dige product range
\n\u2022 Identify tender opportunities using research tools and cold calling key markets and potential prospects to develop pipeline
\n\u2022 Liaise with the factory on designs for all projects to ensure that the correct product is specified and is fully aligned with client requirements.
\n\u2022 Selling requires research and relationship-building skills, promoting the products and services in question in as professional and effective a way as possible
\n\u2022 The job requires regular travel to visit customers and sites; arranging appoints from existing client base (25%) and developing new customers from own cold calling, networking and marketing (75%)
\n\u2022 Developing and clarifying customer project requirements
\n\u2022 Compiling cost sheets and preparing quotation documentation
\n\u2022 Carrying out contractual commercial negotiations to secure profitable contracts
\n\u2022 Weekly and monthly sales and forecast reporting
\n\u2022 Social Media\/Website\/Blog control[\/vc_column_text][mk_padding_divider size=”15″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1633703106082{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]Person Requirements<\/span><\/strong>
\n\u2022 Open to recent graduates
\n\u2022 Should reside in the Midlands\/Yorkshire\/Lancashire area
\n\u2022 Capable of the self-sufficient running of the assigned area (with support and intervention from head office)
\n\u2022 Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills
\n\u2022 Background in engineering\/technical A-levels or degree
\n\u2022 Target driven with good networking skills; capable of meeting regular sales target in competitive environment
\n\u2022 Capable to prioritise and plan work schedule in advance
\n\u2022 Communicate precisely both in writing and verbally
\n\u2022 Work from own initiative with minimum supervision
\n\u2022 Work as a team member within a medium sized global organisation
\n\u2022 Have strong negotiating skills and be a sale closer
\n\u2022 Computer literate with high level knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
\n\u2022 Energetic, outgoing, enthusiastic, hard-working and of smart appearance
\n\u2022 Travel as and when required – Current full clean driving license preferred
\n\u2022 Application knowledge for engineered products (advantageous)
\n\u2022 Comply with handbook and relevant Health and Safety standards
