You will benefit from first class training and development in a structured and proven fast track system taking graduates through to fully up and running consultants (six figure OTE) within 2 years.<\/p>\n

You will be involved in researching and sourcing target acquisitions, delivering market update presentations to clients, selling retainers to key acquisitive clients and will also be able to gain significant exposure to deal negotiations, sales, valuations, due diligence and completions. Having proved yourself you will progress into making introductions and managing your own pipeline of deals through to completion. Ultimately you will become the director responsible for an area of the business.<\/p>\n

You will be confident, outgoing, hardworking and persuasive. You will have a great academic record and will also be able to evidence an extracurricular activity or sport which you have achieved into a high standard. A strong communicator you will be able to connect with people easily and able to lead and persuade them.<\/p>\n
