\nAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a graduate to join our client, a leading manufacturer of frozen confectionery products, as a Customer Project Co-ordinator, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide commercial, analytical and administrative support to Account Managers and Supply Chain colleagues in order to ensure the delivery of customer service, sales & margin plans across all accounts. Looking for a graduate who is enthusiastic, eager to learn, confident & hard working.<\/p>\n

Tasks<\/b>
\n1. Preparation of PowerPoint customer and internal presentations
\n2. Sales Performance analysis using Excel and internal systems
\n3. Market data reports and analysis
\n4. Promotional planning and administration
\n5. Dealing with adhoc customer needs
\n6. Following up internally on agreed customer next steps\/actions
\n7. Producing customer specific turnover and market reports
\n8. Administering small telesales customers
\n9. Co-ordinating with internal colleagues to ensure on-time delivery of tasks[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1612279089233{margin-top: 10px !important;margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]Person Requirements<\/span><\/strong>
\nQualification & Experience:<\/em><\/b>
\n* Must have interest in Sales\/Account Management\/Supply Chain and\/or graduated in this area or similar
\n* Self-motivated with good organisational skills
\n* Used to working to challenging time deadlines
\n* Practical experience in an administrative role
\n* Good written and verbal communication skills
\n* Excellent computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint)
\n* Good numeracy skills
\n* Self-management of workloads and deadlines
\n* Knowledge of the retail market\/retailer approaches
\n* Having retail supermarket experience
\n* Sales administration experience (advantage but not essential)<\/p>\n
