Graduate Screening Accounts Specialist
Job Description
A leading provider of employment background screening services for companies based in the UK and globally. Based in Hertfordshire, they require a full time Account Specialist to join their team and learn all aspects of the screening department responsible for completing candidate screening files. This will be an excellent and very rewarding opportunity for an ambitious graduate to join a diverse and vibrant team with the scope for progression for those who work hard and show commitment to the company.
Ideally looking for someone with office-based experience with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Follow all department procedures
• Candidate/Client Support via telephone and email
• Obtaining employment references via telephone from companies in the UK and Overseas.
• Ensure all employment screening tasks are executed daily
• Data analysis and research
• Handling and managing confidential documents and files
• Analysis and interrogation of data supplied by candidates
• Quality Control
Person Requirements
• Graduate level
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Good customer service with a polite and professional telephone manner
• You will be computer literate, a knowledge of Word and Excel will be an advantage
• The ability to deal with people of all levels in a confident and professional manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and good attention to detail
• Approachable, Hard Working, Credible, Flexible
• Honesty, integrity and discretion are an absolute must.
• Goal orientated and influential
• Team Player
• Located in Watford/Luton and other surrounding areas would be advantage for commuting. (If you are willing to relocate then we will consider your application)
