Job Description
Our client is seeking to hire a Customer Service Executive to join their supply chain team, to complement their expanding global business in this FMCG sector. If you are enthusiastic, focussed and ambitious with the desire to develop in a thriving business then this could be the role for you.

Key Role Objectives & Responsibilities
– Analysing Customer data and providing customer insight to drive an accurate forecast
– Attend meetings with internal colleagues and external customers
– Manage daily order management with customers and 3PL logistics providers
– Pro-actively discuss availability challenges with customers to jointly find solutions
– Agreeing seasonal supply and demand plans with customers
– Coordinate range changes ensuring smooth product launches and exits
– Work on projects to improve Supply Chain processes and set-ups

Person Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
* Must have interest in Sales/Supply Chain and/or graduated in this area or similar
* Some experience in similar roles is sought
* Excellent communication skills, being able to build relationships both with customers and internal stakeholders
* Analytical mindset
* Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Good attention to detail
* Great organisational skills
* Good understanding of the Supply Chain environment
