Key responsibilities:
We ask that you provide practical and emotional support to our customers to achieve their goals, wants and wishes, support our customers to promote and maintain their independence in their homes and in the community. You actively encourage our customers to use their support hours creatively to maximise their quality of life and experiences and ensure that the support provided is person centred in everyway.
