Summer internship programme
Running during the summer, our 6 week Summer Internships offer high calibre students the opportunity to experience work and life at PwC, and gain a valuable insight into our business and culture. You’ll work alongside graduate trainees and experienced professionals on live and interesting client projects. You will be doing real work on real clients so be prepared to get stuck in.

Assurance
Join our leading practice and you’ll be part of the team that gets to grips with every aspect of clients’ activities, understanding their business to identify where our high-quality Assurance can add insight and value. It’s critical work that enhances corporate governance and plays an important role in ensuring the reliability and relevance of business information. Work with our prestigious client list and you’ll develop the business skills, knowledge and relationships you need to do well in a career that’s about so much more than numbers.

Your role could see you tackle a wide range of challenges for our clients centering around Financial Audit but operating across other areas such as Risk Assurance, Public Services and Pensions Audit. The amount of time you spend in each area will depend upon business need. No matter which part of our Assurance business you work in or which client you work on the common theme will be your passion and commitment to meeting their needs.

Person Requirements
* Be in your penultimate-year of an undergraduate degree (or in your final year of an undergraduate degree with a postgraduate place confirmed)
* Be on course for a 2.1 degree or above in any subject and 300 UCAS tariff* (or equivalent)
* Be on course for a 1st class degree in any subject and 240 UCAS tariff* (or equivalent)

* from up to three A Levels (excluding General Studies) or equivalent, taken in the same academic year and achieved at first sitting

Do you need sponsorship to work in the UK?
We can’t provide sponsorship for internships and fixed-term placements. However, if you’re in full-time education in the UK under the Tier 4 (General) category, current regulations may permit temporary employment during holiday periods or as part of your studies.

If you’re studying outside the UK, you’ll need to obtain your own right to work in the UK to undertake a placement with us.
