ECommerce Project & Process Executive

Job Description
Working in a fast-paced environment, managing eCommerce projects, the fulfilment operations for the VisitBritain online shops in order to maximise commercial performance as well as develop the offline business as an additional and steady profit generator.

Some highlights of what the job entails
Warehouse Account Management:
* Managing relations with the warehouse and B2B offline customers as well as suppliers
* acting as the main point of contact for the warehouse
* monitoring warehouse performance across different parameters

Project Management:
* delivering a number of projects of varying sizes that will benefit the business as well as the team
* supporting the launch of a new online shop
* improving internal processes within the team
* further developing the warehouse portal used by the customer service team
* delivering the move of all remaining finance tasks
* setting-up and implementing fulfilment processes for new products

Stock Management:
* manage stock levels within the eCommerce platform; carrying out monthly stock takes and investigating any variances
* checking and verifying the monthly invoices
* delivering excellent customer service to existing and new B2B offline customers and taking responsibility for the offline sales targets
* Working with the product team to grow the number of offline customers

Products:
* Performing daily product updates, translating new products and updating the “Special Offers” page.
* Working with the eCommerce Manager to deliver Merchandising and Affiliates strategies.

Support Areas:
* supporting the team with financial and operational processes. Contributing to the work of the team, including data entry and checking, problem solving and delivering quality concise work on time
* liaising with various suppliers on stock deliveries, ensuring a timely turnaround

Person Requirements
Education/Qualification:
* Open to graduates
* Open to applicants from all degree disciplines

Essential:
* Excellent fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
* Fluency in one of the other following languages is highly beneficial: DE, IT, FR, JAP, ESP, NL
* Customer service experience and the ability to deal with difficult customers is essential
* Knowledge of e-commerce is highly advantageous
* B2B competency in any of the following languages advantageous: DE, IT, FR, JAP, ESP, NL
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
* Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency
* CMS experience desirable
* Willingness to learn new skills
* Knowledge of tourism in Britain desirable
