Stephen Fairbank co-founded Ellis Fairbank, one of the biggest names in the recruitment industry, in 1990, he then sold the business for c £25m in 2001 through an MBO.

In 2005 Stephen set up Mackenzie Stuart with the vision of having a more successful business than Ellis Fairbank. Richard Goodall was promoted 4 times within his 2 year period at Mackenzie Stuart. From Consultant, Senior Consultant, Managing Consultant, Business Manager to Divisional Manager. Each stage he was the top performer in the company and he then decided he wanted to set up a business with Stephen.

Job Details:
Based in the heart of Leeds City Centre we are looking to attract talented graduates to join all Divisions.

Demanding and yet incredibly rewarding, the role allows you to earn uncapped commission, thus enabling leading consultants to realistically earn £35,000 plus in year one, and over £50,000 in year two.

Progression within the business is also quick, and leading performers could realistically rise to management level within twelve months. Experienced consultants enjoy extra benefits such as quarterly bonuses and car allowances.

Role responsibilites:
* Following training, consultants will be tasked with placing senior executives within a chosen vertical market.
* This is a fast paced sales role; no two days are the same, and it is the type of challenge that will test the very best recruits.
* Working nationally, you will build relationships with key decision makers across the UK and abroad.
* The role will require extensive travel.

Person specification:
* We require graduates, or individuals with 1-2 years business to business sales experience, who must be team players and highly competitive.
* You must be driven, tenacious and ambitious, eager to get on the fast track to a rewarding and successful career.
